Art Manager (World of Tanks: HEAT)
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Art Delivery Manager to join our team working on WoT Heat. As the Art Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing art pipelines and teams to ensure our game is visually rich and breathtaking. The ideal candidate is passionate about building effective teams and maintaining a constant focus on process optimization.

What will you do?

Manage art production pipelines for game content through effective processes and team collaboration to deliver a high-quality AAA game on PC and consoles.

Plan the delivery of content, including 3D art, 2D art, 3D characters, in-game visual effects, sound effects, and more.

Work with the game engine team to improve the tools used daily by the teams.

Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure the game achieves best-in-class visuals aligned with the artistic vision.

Scale up content production throughput using both internal and external teams.

Manage, mentor, and develop the leaders of existing art teams.

Ensure all new content meets performance and quality guidelines.

Support teams in innovating with modern tools and techniques.

Build systems that provide transparency into day-to-day work in progress within the art team, along with realistic planning.
What are we looking for?

Over 5 years of experience leading production teams in the gaming industry, with a strong focus on PC and console titles.

Experience building processes based on Kanban and flow methodologies.

Proven track record of developing iterative processes at scale across multiple teams.

Hands-on experience managing roadmap creation with an Art Director and executing it with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong understanding of how art content is created in games.

Experience facilitating large-scale planning meetings.

Willingness to travel regularly for business.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Has a successful record of working with remote distributed teams.

Hands-on experience of art content creation.

Familiarity with specifics of console development.

You love art and know the difference between Picasso and Chagall.
