Role Description: Salesforce Administrator 

Role Purpose: 

We are seeking a Salesforce Admin who possesses a blend of technical prowess and project management capabilities. The ideal candidate should be adept at hands-on work within Salesforce and possess the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to devise solutions that enhance systems and process flow. Moreover, the candidate will boast significant experience in collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions and offer optimal practices. A deep enthusiasm for propelling solutions forward, self-initiation, and analytical thinking are key attributes we are looking for. Role Summary

This position is being hired through a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), which supports Wasabi Technologies with payroll and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a go-to expert on Wasabi’s Sales, Marketing, and Support processes and how they map into Salesforce. 
  • Configure, support, and continuously improve Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and other declarative tools. 
  • Handle production support and data alerts, managing tickets in JIRA and collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 
  • Partner with product owners and stakeholders to test and validate features, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly solutions. 
  • Drive ongoing enhancements and process improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem. 
  • Maintain data integrity and monitor integrations to ensure reliable system performance. 
  • Build and refine reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions. 
  • Support users through training, documentation, and responsive communication. 
  • Track and forecast Salesforce seat usage for license planning. 
  • Participate in sprint planning, testing, and change management cycles. 
  • Embrace Wasabi’s HOT culture — be Humble, Open, and Transparent — and bring a self-starter mindset, curiosity, and a bit of humor to the team. 
  • Be willing to learn and adopt new tools, including AI, as we explore its role in transforming GTM systems. 

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification  
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce architecture: custom objects, Flow Builder, validation rules, assignment rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls 
  • Experience supporting mission-critical systems with 24/7/365 uptime requirements 
  • Working knowledge of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes and Salesforce CPQ, including quoting, pricing, and order management workflows 
  • Comfortable partnering with business users to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Cloud 
  • Integration experience with Stripe or other payment platforms 
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
