About the Team:
At Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), the Subscriptions team plays a vital role in driving recurring revenue and supporting long-term customer relationships. By delivering reliable subscription experiences, including sign-up, billing, renewals, and account management, the team directly impacts customer satisfaction and retention. Quality is critical in this domain, as even minor defects can affect customer trust and financial performance. As an SDET on this team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality solutions by developing automation, and ensuring system reliability.
What You’ll Bring:
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Understanding of software development fundamentals and object-oriented programming
- Interest in or exposure to test automation frameworks
- Basic knowledge of version control (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
