About the Team:

At Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), the Subscriptions team plays a vital role in driving amazing experience and value add for customers for our Playstation ecosystem. It is vital business unit with recurring revenue and supporting long-term customer relationships. By delivering reliable subscription experiences, including sign-up, billing, renewals, and account management, the team directly impacts customer satisfaction and retention. Our team focus is on quality is critical in this domain, affect customer trust and financial performance. As an SDET on this team, you will play a key role in sustaining this impact by building robust test automation, strengthening system reliability, and helping deliver solutions that uphold our commitment to quality and customer trust.

What You’ll Bring:

• Programming experience in popular test scripting languages.
• Good understanding of object-oriented principles. 
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Preferred Requirements
• Experience with test automation
• Proficient with JavaScript and Python or Java
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 features and modern browser architecture
• Familiarity with version control (ex. GitHub)
• Experience testing web applications
• Experience with connected devices and IoT framework and architecture
• Experience working and testing REST API's
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies and strong understanding of engineering best practices
• Excellent communication skills
