About this role
The Partner Success team is the face of Waymark with MCO and provider partners. This team builds relationships with stakeholders across our partners and ensures satisfaction, retention and growth. Partner Success forms a deep understanding of our partners’ needs and collaborates with teams across Waymark to ensure we meet these needs.
This role will play a vital role strengthening our approach to partner management. This is critical as Waymark scales. You will be responsible for managing and evolving the tools and processes that support strong partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will use your project management and analytical skills to drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects. You should be an excellent communicator who enjoys synthesizing information for customers, but also loves sharing insights from customers with teams internally to strengthen our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Support the health of our partnerships and enable growth by standardizing internal processes and tools and contributing to partner touchpoints
- Monitor KPIs to assess relationship health and identify opportunities for improvement. Propose solutions to increase partner satisfaction
- Serve as the Partner Success Lead on smaller accounts, providing impact updates and ensuring prompt response and follow up as needed
- With Account Leads, create effective presentations using both quantitative and qualitative data to advance our partnerships
- Lead strategic and operational initiatives within Partner Success and participate in cross-functional initiatives to advance organizational goals
- Maintain and improve account governance and documentation, including project plans , account snapshots, and internal Wiki pages.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement new pilots, ensure projects stay on task and adhere to agreed upon timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience that includes roles in consulting, customer success, and/or project management, with a minimum of 1 year in health tech or services
- Strong project management and creative problem solving experience, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Proven experience leading projects and competing priorities across a range of external stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams
- Experience collecting and analyzing data, and making data-driven presentations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion goals
- Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of a fast growing start up
- Deep commitment to improving healthcare for underserved populations
Preferred Qualifications
- Medicaid and healthcare transformation experience
- Experience with value-based contracts and primary care providers
Salary Range
US employees in New York City, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $115,000 - $155,000
US employees in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, San Diego & Washington DC: $106,000 - $145,000
US employees outside of the above listed US Cities: $101,000 - $135,000
