The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Wayve’s Israel office. You’ll be the first point of contact for all things workplace — keeping things running smoothly, creating an exceptional environment for the team, and helping scale our local presence.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with our global Workplace, IT, and People teams to ensure our Israel office runs efficiently, reflects our culture, and supports our fast-moving team.

What You’ll Do

Office Operations & Facilities

  • Manage daily office needs including supplies, deliveries, access control, snacks and vendor coordination
  • Ensure the space is clean, safe, and well-stocked (snacks, drinks, stationery, etc.)
  • Manage small repairs and liaise with building management or external contractors

Finance & Coordination

  • Act as the local liaison between Israel-based finance/payroll matters and the UK Finance team
  • Support contractor invoicing, local vendor payments, and general financial admin as needed
  • Oversee import/export procedures as needed, working with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

People & Culture

  • Welcome new hires, visitors, and global teammates — be the friendly face of Wayve in Israel
  • Help organise local events, socials, off-sites, and all-hands meetings
  • Support onboarding of new joiners (desk setup, badges, welcome packs)

Workspace & Coordination

  • Monitor and manage desk bookings (e.g. via Comeen or local equivalent)
  • Coordinate with global Workplace team on space planning and hybrid setup
  • Handle locker assignments, seating plans, and ad hoc space needs

Health, Safety & Administration

  • Support health and safety standards in line with local regulation
  • Maintain documentation and compliance logs as needed
  • Assist with local logistics (e.g. catering, travel coordination, purchasing)

About you

  • Experience managing or coordinating a small office, ideally in tech or startup environments
  • Highly organised, efficient, and proactive
  • Friendly, solution-oriented, and happy to get stuck in at all levels
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating remotely with global teams
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, desk booking tools, or facility platforms is a plus

Why Join Wayve?

  • Join a pioneering AI company at the cutting edge of mobility innovation
  • Help shape and grow our Israel presence and culture
  • Work with smart, kind, ambitious people across the globe
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunity to grow as we scale

We understand that everyone has a unique set of skills and experiences and that not everyone will meet all of the requirements listed above. If you’re passionate about self-driving cars and think you have what it takes to make a positive impact on the world, we encourage you to apply.
