The role
We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive the development of infrastructure, tooling, and workflows that support the entire machine learning model lifecycle—from model ingestion to production validation and feedback.
You will be a foundational leader in a team that builds internal tools for ML model developers, enabling them to ingest models, track metadata, test offline and online, ensure safety, and analyze results.
You’ll partner closely with ML researchers, data scientists, product teams, and DevOps to build robust, scalable systems that ensure model quality, reproducibility, and trustworthiness. You’ll also mentor engineers and be a key contributor to our long-term AI infrastructure roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and development of ML model ingestion and metadata tooling
- Design and maintain offline and online model testing pipelines
- Build infrastructure for safe, scalable model deployment and serving
- Define and enforce model governance and observability standards

- Deep experience with MLOps tools
- Skilled in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD
- Cloud expertise ( Azure/AWS); familiar with GPU/TPU optimization
- Strong knowledge of model versioning, metadata, and governance best practices
Desirable
- Familiarity with ML training pipelines and concepts such as hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and checkpointing
- Understanding of common machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
