Job description:
The Senior Strategic Customer Success Partner is a senior commercial role serving as the primary relationship manager for Tier 1 Strategic Accounts, including Fortune 100 companies. This role focuses on revenue generation through managing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and ensuring the health of existing subscriptions. Key responsibilities include consulting on market trends & WTB strategy, conducting business reviews, managing renewals, driving upsells, driving adoption and cultivating strong client relationships.
What will you be doing:
- Represent the company by conveying its vision, mission, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, partners, industry influencers, and media to promote the company's offerings.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, keynotes, and thought leadership content showcasing the company's expertise and industry insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns, content strategies, and social media initiatives supporting evangelism efforts.
- Gather customer feedback, insights, and market trends to inform product development and enhancement.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer sentiment to identify opportunities and risks.
- Attending and facilitating engagement at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to connect with prospects, customers, and industry professionals.
- Provide strategic guidance for Go-to-market enablement in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics to foster thought leadership and drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3+ years of proven senior-level experience in technology or related industries.
- Deep understanding of technology and e-commerce sectors, including market trends and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills demonstrated through successful stakeholder engagements.
- Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen aligning evangelism efforts with organizational objectives.
- Effective leadership capabilities to inspire and influence stakeholders.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Hands on mentality and solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for technology, innovation, and promoting products and services.
- Native level English + one additional language (preferred French or German)
