Job Brief:

We are looking for a Manager, Shoppable Media Managed Services to support and scale the adoption of our shoppable media SaaS platform across enterprise brands and their agency partners. This role sits at the intersection of commerce strategy, campaign enablement, and customer success, helping brands activate shoppable experiences across every major digital touchpoint.

This is not a traditional agency execution role. Instead, this role focuses on onboarding, education, activation support, optimization, and best-practice guidance, ensuring brands and agencies are set up to successfully deploy shoppable media campaigns across brand websites, paid media, social platforms, email, search, and emerging channels.

Essential Function & Responsibilities:

Brand & Agency Onboarding and Enablement

  • Lead onboarding for brand teams and their internal or external agencies, ensuring a strong understanding of shoppable media strategy, platform capabilities, and best practices.
  • Act as a trusted enablement partner across multiple stakeholders including brand marketing, ecommerce, shopper marketing, media, and agency teams.
  • Deliver training sessions, walkthroughs, and documentation to accelerate time-to-value.

Campaign Activation & Execution Support

  • Support the activation of shoppable media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, paid search, display, email, QR codes, and brand websites.
  • Create and configure shoppable landing pages and experiences that showcase multiple retailers, including price, stock, ratings, and online and local availability.
  • Partner with clients to ensure shoppable experiences are correctly implemented across redirects, retailer carts, and local store flows.

Optimization, Testing & Performance Insights

  • Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion, engagement, and downstream commerce performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights tied to shopper behavior and retailer outcomes.
  • Share best practices, benchmarks, and optimization recommendations across clients and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to align enablement efforts with customer goals and platform roadmap.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product improvements, new features, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Support renewal and expansion conversations by demonstrating campaign impact and value realization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in digital media, ecommerce, commerce marketing, managed services, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS, martech, adtech, commerce platform, or agency environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise brands and their internal or external agencies, with a strong understanding of how campaigns are planned, activated, and optimized across social and digital channels.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or enabling shoppable or performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, paid search, and brand-owned media.
  • Comfort operating in a consultative, enablement-focused role, guiding best practices and optimization without acting as the executional media owner.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce, retailer ecosystems, and the path to purchase.
  • Ability to translate technical platform capabilities into practical, scalable marketing outcomes.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable juggling multiple clients, stakeholders, and initiatives.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
