Job Brief: 

The RevOps Coordinator – GTM Systems supports the day-to-day execution of Wayvia’s revenue operations function. This role focuses on frontline user support, CRM administration, tooling support, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination across Sales and Customer Success.

The RevOps Coordinator works closely with the broader RevOps team to ensure systems run smoothly, processes are followed consistently, and go-to-market teams are supported with timely, accurate operational assistance.

Essential Function & Responsibilities: 

Day-to-Day RevOps & User Support

  • Serve as a first-line support resource for GTM users across Wayvia’s GTM tech stack.
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to Salesforce, Gong, and other RevOps-supported tools.
  • Triage incoming requests, resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex items as needed.

 Salesforce Administration & Data Hygiene

  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user setup, field updates, page layout maintenance, and validation rule support.
  • Support data hygiene initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
  • Assist with opportunity and pipeline hygiene to support forecasting and reporting accuracy.

Tooling & Enablement Support

  • Support onboarding for new GTM hires, including system access, tool setup, and basic training.
  • Maintain enablement documentation, playbooks, and reference materials.
  • Assist with rollout and adoption of new tools, features, or process changes.

 Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between GTM teams to ensure operational requests are clearly understood and addressed.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps teammates on shared processes such as lead routing, campaign influence, and lifecycle management.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by executing assigned operational tasks.

Reporting & Process Support

  • Assist with building and maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Support recurring reporting and data validation for leadership and RevOps initiatives.
  • Help document and standardize RevOps processes to improve consistency and scalability.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience 
  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or similar function 
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and cross-functionally 
  • Excellent project management, training, and communication skills 
  • Experience supporting quote-to-cash or contracting systems 
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, and contract-related workflows 
  • Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented mindset

We are hiring for this position in the United States. This is a remote position.

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $50,000–$68,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law. Depending on the candidate’s location, this role may be classified as hourly to comply with state-specific requirements.
