Your Role:
As the leader of our Customer Success and Support, you'll be the driving force behind our customers' and creators' success, ensuring they maximize the value of Wayward's unique offerings. You'll play a crucial role in onboarding, supporting, and retaining our users, directly contributing to our rapid growth and customer satisfaction.
This Role is Perfect for You if You Have:
- 1-2 years in sales, operations, customer-facing roles, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing or related field a plus)
- A fearless approach to challenges, ready to learn from failures and grind harder than ever before
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (influencer marketing experience a huge plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A desire to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Eagerness to contribute ideas and adapt to a dynamic startup culture
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and creators, providing them with the tools and knowledge to succeed on our platform
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, offering timely, empathetic solutions
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and advising on best practices
- Collaborate with the growth, product, and engineering teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and feedback to guide business strategies

Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 + Variable Commission Plan (Additional $5,000.00 - $10,000) on top of base) additionally eligible to receive generous stock option grants.
