Production Supervisor, Workflows
Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor, Workflows is primarily focused on supporting our productions as we grow our Production Management tools and workflows. The role is responsible for training all members of a production team, tailoring to varying levels of experience, to use Flow Production Tracking and WBPA tools. Being aware of studio standards, the role helps to drive the evolution of our program based on community needs, studio feedback, and lessons learned from current vendors. As a member of a team, the Production Supervisor, Workflows will collaborate in planning, testing, and maintaining documentation for tools integrating with FPT.
Your Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the productions to successfully use studio standard production tracking workflows and tools
- Assist in formalizing our approach to tracking asset, sequence, shot, and task data with associated files
- Actively collect feedback, expressed or implicit, and potential pain points then collaborate on potential solutions
- Provide training and support to production teams
- Help with developing a community of superusers to exchange knowledge and best practices
- Play a key role in facilitating the testing and roll out of new features and tools
- Aid in the management of internal development tasks and goals
- Communicate progress status, updates, and ETAs on bug fixes and new features
- Collaborate with technology neighbors developing tools that integrate with Flow Production Tracking
- Creates and encourages a community culture that is positive, inclusive, and ensures all crew members are set up for success
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years in animation production management, preferably in feature animation
- Experience building and managing department schedules, including vendor support
- Prior leadership experience
- Be open to new ideas
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience working with a vendor studio and remote teams
- Professional knowledge of Flow Production Tracking, Microsoft Office Suite, and Photoshop
- We are a hybrid environment, must be able to work from the Burbank studio at minimum 3 days a week

Actual compensation will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Picture Animation’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 salary per year. In addition, Warner Bros. Picture Animation provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life insurance, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
