Presentation & Graphic Designer
Job Summary:
Warner Bros. Pictures Animation (WBPA) is seeking an experienced Presentation & Graphic Designer to collaborate with our studio executive team and filmmakers in developing robust, eye-catching, and effective presentation decks. The ideal candidate will bring strong visual storytelling skills, deep familiarity with both creative and corporate aesthetics, and the ability to craft high-quality presentations used internally and externally with filmmakers, executives, partners, and at key live events/meetings.

Your Role Responsibilities:
Visual Communication and Design
- Collaborate with executives and filmmakers to design engaging, visually compelling presentations that communicate ideas clearly and powerfully.
- Establish and maintain original presentation templates that reflect the tone, aesthetics, and personality of the studio and each property / film.
- Leverage individual show assets from Photoshop and other design tools to create dynamic and visually rich compositions that highlights the strength of WBPA’s slate.
- Create both creative and corporate presentations, effectively combining visual storytelling with data visualization — including charts, graphs, and infographics — to support strategic, financial, or operational discussions.
- Enhance and refine existing decks to ensure visual consistency, polish, and professional presentation standards across all materials.
Brand Design and Adherence
- Design cohesive WBPA brand materials — including templates, letterheads, business cards, website visuals, and studio premiums — ensuring a unified visual identity across all studio documents and platforms.
- Ensure all presentation materials adhere to the company’s brand guidelines while maintaining flexibility for creative storytelling.
- Ensure presentations are consistent, accurate and error free.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with studio leadership and production teams to ensure presentations meet both creative and strategic objectives.
- Proactively clarify project briefs, confirm alignment on design direction, and communicate progress and needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy across deliverables.
Technical Proficiency and Tool Management
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint, including animations, transitions, and multimedia integration.
- Seamlessly convert files between presentation platforms (Keynote ↔ PowerPoint) while maintaining full design integrity.
- Embed and format video assets and other multimedia content into decks with reliable playback functionality.
- Stay current on design trends, software advancements, and presentation technologies to continually elevate WBPA’s presentation standards.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within branding, entertainment, media, or marketing environments. Experience in animation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and ability to translate guidelines into cohesive, elegant visuals.
- A strong eye for design, color theory, visual composition, and typography.
- Proven expertise in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides; comfort moving fluidly among platforms.
- Experience designing both creative and marketing decks (film, IP, or campaign-driven) as well as corporate or strategic presentations incorporating data visualization, charts, and graphs.
- Exceptional attention to detail in design elements, formatting, and typography.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing visually engaging presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience in both digital and print mediums.
- Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experience with FPT (Flow Production Tracking) is advantageous.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of both independent and collaborative work.
- Must be able to work from the Burbank studio at minimum 3 days a week.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Pictures Animation’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42.00 - $53.00 Hourly. In addition, Warner Bros. Pictures Animation provides a variety of benefits to its non-union employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life insurance, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
