Production Coordinator - Post Production
Job Summary:
The Production Coordinator - Post Production supports the WBPA Post team in service of the Creative Leadership and crew of all the WBPA productions in various stages of production/development. They will work directly with the Post Production Supervisor to support the day-to-day functions of their department.
Your Role Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, project, and organizational support to the WBPA Post team.
- Prepare materials for meetings, pitches, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain calendar for post-related needs across all projects.
- Schedule reviews, screenings, sessions with production teams, studio contacts, and vendors.
- Attend reviews and screenings when requested and assist in the setup needs.
- Assist production and editorial crews with best practices for production and scratch dialogue recording.
- Help manage show assets and their delivery to Warner Bros. Audit completion/delivery of post deliverables during all phases of production including wrap.
- Help manage publicity and marketing requests.
- Initiate drive-ons and arrange travel and accommodations for postproduction crew as needed.
- Create Technology tickets and facility requests when needed.
- Partner closely with the Postproduction Supervisor for the day-to-day support and overall post needs of the projects.
- Supervise expense report management for the WBPA Post team
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous office or production experience, preferably in animation.
- Basic understanding of feature postproduction pipelines.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Must be resourceful, proactive, and be able to work on a team as well as independently.
- Must have exceptional organization and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with constantly evolving priorities.
- Must be detail-oriented and have timely follow through.
- Professional experience with Mac/PC operating systems, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, ShotGrid, PIX preferred
- Must be able to work at our Burbank, CA studio up to 5 days a week.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Pictures Animation’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00 Hourly. In addition, Warner Bros. Pictures Animation provides a variety of benefits to its non-union employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life insurance, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
