Location: Virginia (Multiple Retail Stores)
Pay: $18/hour base + uncapped commission (Top reps exceed $100K annually)

About the Role
Are you an experienced outside sales professional tired of knocking doors or driving from lead to lead? This role lets you apply the same closing skills in a more stable, high-traffic environment. You’ll represent a Fortune 500 brand inside major retail stores, engaging customers and converting interest into credit card applications — all while earning uncapped commissions.

Qualifications
- Proven success in outside sales (door-to-door, B2B, solar, alarms, cable, financial services, or similar).
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.

- Must be at least 18 with reliable transportation.
