Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-impact Sales Manager to bring structure, accountability, and field leadership to an already high-performing sales team at Weather Tite Windows. This is an opportunity for a strong operator to step in, install real cadence and discipline, and elevate an established team to its next level of performance.
In this role, you will fully own Weather Tite Windows annual sales performance and associated KPIs. You will be responsible for managing and developing the team to achieve these growth targets through pipeline management, in-field coaching, skill related training and performance management. This role requires using and analyzing data through our CRM (HubSpot) plus other systems, to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, streamline operations, and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Own sales strategy execution in the field, team performance, and revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data, pipeline health, and key performance indicators (KPI’s) to identify trends, forecast revenue, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead a team of sales consultants, providing coaching, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
- Offer continuous training to enhance skills in presentation, objection handling, and closing.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure lead generation strategies are aligned with sales capacity and target demographics.
- Collaborate with the operations team for seamless communication and project hand-off, ensuring an exceptional client experience from sale through installation.
- Manage daily sales activities, pipeline tracking, and reporting to leadership.
- Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and overall client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular ride-alongs and in-field coaching sessions to reinforce sales behaviors, improve close rates, and develop individual rep performance.
- Own the weekly cadence including structured one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews to ensure consistent accountability across the sales organization.
Role Requirements:
- 7+ years working within sales, 3 of which within a leadership role, preferably in the residential services or adjacent sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong commitment to process discipline and the proactive adoption of internal tools to ensure data integrity and team efficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing sales teams.
Logistics:
- Report to Growth Chairman
- Hybrid work model with a mix of in-office and field time; office located in Tampa, FL
- Compensation: includes competitive base salary and performance-based variable compensation. Total cash compensation ranges from $230,000 to $275,000 depending on performance.
