Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our G&A team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, interviewing, closing, and onboarding candidates across our functional groups, with particular emphasis on 1) software engineering and product roles and 2) commercial roles. A significant part of Weave’s opportunity depends on securing the best talent, and you will play a leading role in doing so.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the Hiring Roadmap and Applicant Tracking System: ensure our roadmap and ATS is always up to date and all key stakeholders are bought in.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, target, and activate potential candidates using your personal network as well as industry networks, LinkedIn, and other tools and resources.
- Management of all Recruitments: Run the recruitment plan for all positions, including scheduling, scoring, negotiating, closing, and onboarding new hires.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retained search serving software and technology companies, or similar experience inside a high-growth company at the Series A stage. Demonstrated ability to activate passive candidates and close them.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and management.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with ATS systems and modern software tools (Slack, Notion, etc.)
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently to meet or exceed targets.
- Interest in AI & Automation: Passion for innovative technologies, particularly AI and automation, and how they can transform business processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.
- Experience with SaaS or document management companies is preferred.
- Documented retained search experience or experience inside a high-growth company.
- Previous exposure to the biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry is highly desirable.
