The Role & Your Mission

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst, reporting to our COO. This position will act as a central hub for the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring that data flows and processes connect the right people at the right times. You will have direct, measurable impact on sales velocity, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Own

  • Manage our CRM (HubSpot) and supporting apps for Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and document management, ensuring exceptional visibility and data quality.
  • Onboard a Customer Success system and manage it in partnership with the Director of Customer Success.
  • Manage and document our quote-to-cash process and associated agreements in partnership with COO & legal.
  • Support scheduling, vendor qualification, receivables management, procurement setup, and other associated processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or a related field
  • Efficient task and time management skills.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a CRM or ERP installation and building out reporting within it.
  • Collaborative nature, comfortable in efficiently networking different functions inside the company.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role; excellent customer relationship management skills.
