About the Role:

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for shaping and evolving our brand’s visual language and creating a cohesive visual identity that stands out in the market. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through compelling and user-centered visuals. You’ll play a key role in contributing to our design system and have the opportunity to work across a range of projects, from brand-building to creating accessible and engaging visuals for digital platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

●  Develop and execute design concepts that reinforce our brand identity, with a strong focus on typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.

●  Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity across various channels, ensuring a unified and engaging user experience.

●  Collaborate in building or refining our design system, working to establish standards and best practices.

●  Produce visually engaging assets that prioritize user-centered design principles and accessibility, aligning with our commitment to inclusivity.

●  Utilize design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and others to deliver high-quality visuals.

●  Create illustrations that enhance our visual identity and bring dynamic, memorable assets to our brand.

●  (Plus) Utilize motion graphics and video editing tools, including Lottie, to create dynamic content for digital and social media platforms.

●  Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.

●  Clearly articulate design decisions and present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

●  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

●  5+ years of experience in visual design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to build brands and deliver impactful designs.

●  Proven experience in brand development and creating cohesive visual identities.

●  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.

●  Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.

●  (Plus) Familiarity with motion graphics, Lottie, and video editing tools.

●  (Plus) Illustration experience to create visually dynamic assets.

●  Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and present ideas to diverse audiences.

●  Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects effectively.
