Job Summary
Quote Account Executives (“QAEs”) are primarily responsible for preparing insurance premium finance quotes for our agent-clients. QAEs follow up on outstanding and lost quotes, upcoming renewals, and new opportunities to meet National Partners’ retention and sales goals. QAEs occasionally visit assigned clients in the field to bolster relationships and promote our services (estimated overnight travel: 3-4 times per year).
Primary Responsibilities (Job Duties)
You Will:
- Prepare quote approval packages based on borrower and insurance information sources to present to Senior Management
- Build and develop solid agent-client relationships via timely delivery of quotes, contracts and other information as requested or required
- Utilize industry/ insurance knowledge and risk analysis tools to independently provide quotes to clients on a timely basis
- Communicate effectively and regularly with Sales Representatives and Management to ensure client needs are consistently met and exceeded
- Regularly follow up with clients via email and phone to strengthen customer relationships
- Perform within company standards for accuracy, service quality and quick turnaround time
- Recognize new business opportunities, competitive advantages, and industry trends to add value to existing relationships and grow our customer base
- Analyze various daily and monthly reports to achieve sales goals
- Provide industry-leading service in all interactions with clients and colleagues
- Actively participate in company’s efforts to detect and prevent fraud to mitigate losses
Qualifications
You Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a business-related field, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience in insurance or finance-related industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
Even Better:
- Experience working on the Input One (PBS) platform
- Experience working in the Insurance Premium Finance Industry
- Office365 (SharePoint, OneNote, Drive, Box, Skype Meeting)
- Strong oral and written communications skills to correspond with parties at various levels
- Attention to detail and accuracy when relaying and recording information
- Quick-thinking, with developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Planning and organizing to achieve timely follow-up and problem resolution
- Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Bilingual
