We’re looking for an Account Executive, EMEA to be responsible for driving the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As one of Webflow’s first Sales hires in the UK and an inaugural member of our London office, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our presence in the UK and across Germany and Central Europe as we expand throughout the EMEA region.This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

You will develop a strong outbound sales pipeline, engage key stakeholders, and manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospect to close. Working cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you’ll ensure a seamless, consultative experience that addresses customer needs and drives long-term value. Your role will be integral in helping to scale Webflow's impact internationally with a focus on delivering creative solutions and accelerating business growth.

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role depends on the cost of labor of the geographic area and career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; pension scheme; health benefits; and wellness stipends.

As an Account Executive, EMEA you’ll … 

  • Engage deeply with potential customers to uncover pain points, assess needs, and help to refine our ideal customer profile primarily in Germany & Central Europe
  • Create and drive outbound opportunities through strategic account planning, compelling points of view (POVs), and effective collaboration between Sales Development and Marketing teams
  • Clearly articulate and champion Webflow’s vision, value proposition, and product differentiation tailoring messaging to resonate with EMEA audiences and market dynamics
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive a value-driven sales process 
  • Generate momentum in the partner ecosystem in EMEA which is crucial to successful pre-sales and post-sales experiences for our customers
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with multiple stakeholders to drive momentum and reduce friction during the sales cycle
  • Share feedback from the field, help define best practices, and contribute to the foundation and culture of Webflow’s EMEA team

About you:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting
  • Skilled in working lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation 
  • Strong ability to lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and technical understanding
  • Experience working with a robust partner ecosystem and navigating partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and reseller deals
  • Fluent in German with advanced proficiency in both spoken and written communications; Dutch is optional
