We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to be the first recruiting hire in our London office — helping build not just our go-to-market teams, but also the foundation of our presence, culture, and community in the region. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our Sales functions across levels, working closely with leaders to shape our hiring strategy and deliver exceptional outcomes.

About the role:

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Senior Sales Recruiter, EMEA, you’ll …
- Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close.
- Proactively drive outbound sourcing efforts to build diverse, high-quality pipelines, with a focus on strategic GTM roles across multiple levels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements, create alignment, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
- Use data to inform decision-making, track progress, and continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Champion hiring practices that reflect Webflow’s values and help shape a positive, high-performing culture in our growing London office.

About you:
You’ll thrive as Senior Sales Recruiter, EMEA if you:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring for Sales, Marketing, and/or G&A roles in high-growth environments
- Proven experience building and managing outbound sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent
- Comfortable operating autonomously and driving searches end-to-end in fast-paced, often ambiguous settings
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, action-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- French or German language skills are a plus
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
