We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Sourcer, GTM to support our hiring efforts over the next six months. In this role, you’ll build strong pipelines through creative outbound sourcing, manage inbound applicants, and run initial screening calls to uncover the best talent.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $115,000 - $155,500
- Zone B: $108,000 - $146,000
- Zone C: $101,500 - $137,000
- Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- 131,000 - 176,500

As a Senior Sourcer, GTM you’ll …
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring goals and define sourcing strategies for sales roles.
- Drive outbound sourcing efforts to engage passive sales talent through creative research, outreach, and relationship building.
- Review inbound applicants and assess alignment to role requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and interest.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience by setting clear expectations, communicating updates, and providing timely feedback.
- Collaborate with the Talent team to share market insights, pipeline updates, and recommendations to improve recruiting strategies.
- Track and report sourcing activity, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the hiring funnel.

About you:
You’ll thrive as a Senior Sourcer, GTM if you:
- Have 4+ years of experience sourcing for sales roles across different levels, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Are confident in running outbound sourcing campaigns and engaging passive candidates.
- Have experience screening candidates and presenting qualified talent to recruiters/hiring managers.
- Understand how to balance inbound volume with proactive outbound engagement.
- Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Are adaptable, collaborative, and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift.
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
