Manager, Talent Acquisition
At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.
Webflow is hiring our first recruiting leader in Argentina. This person will play a foundational role in how we scale and succeed across Latin America.
You’ll lead full-cycle hiring across high-impact roles in Engineering, Product, Marketing, and G&A. But this role is about much more than filling roles. You’ll help shape how Webflow shows up in-market, build the recruiting foundation for our newest hub, and grow a team beneath you as we scale. You’ll also partner closely with leaders across Talent, Total Rewards, Legal, People Operations, and Employee Experience to help build the broader employment experience in Argentina.
If you’ve helped launch or grow a regional hub in a fast-moving, remote-first, or globally distributed company, this is a unique opportunity to do it again with autonomy, impact, and intention.
About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (within Buenos Aires, Argentina)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition
As a Manager, Talent Acquisition you’ll…
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, Marketing, and G&A roles in Argentina
- Build local recruiting operations and shape the long-term talent strategy for the region
- Turn business needs into clear hiring plans that support company growth
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and results
- Hire and develop a small, high-performing recruiting team in a remote-first setting
- Work with Legal, People Operations, and Total Rewards partners to ensure compliant, equitable, and sustainable practices
- Help define and steward the culture of our Argentina hub, from candidate experience to team identity
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
About you:
You’ll thrive as Manager, Talent Acquisition if you:
- Have 10+ years of recruiting experience, including 5+ leading teams in high-growth SaaS environments
- Bring depth in technical recruiting and flexibility across Product, Marketing, and G&A
- Have built or scaled hiring programs in Argentina or Latin America
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish and thrive in async, distributed environments
- Operate with sound judgment, urgency, and a bias for action
- Care about inclusive hiring and building high-performance, values-aligned teams
- Take full ownership of your work and of the culture you are helping shape
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
