We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner (PBP) to support our Engineering, Product, Design, and Insights (EPD&I) organization. This team is at the heart of how Webflow builds and innovates for customers worldwide. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to global leaders, helping them develop high-performing teams, scale healthy systems, and strengthen a culture of accountability, learning, and belonging. You’ll work closely with leaders across multiple countries and time zones, supporting both the strategic and day-to-day needs of a growing, globally distributed product organization.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Sr. People Business Partner you’ll…
- Partner with Product Engineering teams to design and execute people strategies that drive team health, performance, and engagement.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee relations.
- Use data and insights to diagnose challenges, influence decisions, and measure progress on people and culture goals.
- Support and coach leaders through change and growth, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across geographies.
- Partner with cross-functional People team partners DEI, L&D, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to deliver globally consistent, locally relevant programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment practices and policies, maintaining a deep understanding of local regulations and their global implications.
- Contribute to the evolution of People team programs, bringing curiosity and creativity especially in applying AI and automation responsibly to improve how we work.

- 5+ years of progressive HR or people business partnering experience, ideally in multinational or fast-scaling tech environments.
- Demonstrated success supporting technical or product teams across multiple countries or regions.
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
