As a Field Marketing Manager, EMEA, you'll...

  • Support the planning and own the execution of Webflow's EMEA field marketing programs, including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events, while contributing to select global programs and initiatives
  • Manage all aspects of event delivery, from venue sourcing, logistics, and vendor management through to content coordination, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Drive audience generation for field programs, working with sales and marketing to identify, target, and convert the right attendees from priority accounts
  • Support EMEA account plans in close partnership with the EMEA sales team, ensuring field programs are directly mapped to pipeline goals and top-account engagement
  • Build and manage relationships with marketing agencies and our partners, coordinating co-marketing programs and partner events that extend Webflow's reach across key EMEA markets
  • Manage program budgets end-to-end, tracking spend and consistently delivering programs on or under budget without sacrificing quality
  • Track, measure, and report on field marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement, feeding insights back to help sharpen the regional strategy
  • Contribute to the global field marketing playbook by bringing EMEA learnings, market nuance, and regional best practices back to the broader team

About you:

  • 5+ years of field marketing experience with direct ownership of EMEA programs, campaigns, and events
  • Proven ability to operate across both demand generation and event execution — you are strong at both, not just one
  • Demonstrated experience executing a range of field marketing formats: sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, partner events, and programs across multiple EMEA markets
  • Experience working with and coordinating delivery including through marketing agencies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo; experience with Bizzabo or a comparable event management platform is a bonus
  • Genuine enthusiasm for travel, with availability to travel regularly across EMEA to support 20+ events per year
  • Business-level fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Love the craft of events, you take pride in the details, from the first invite to the last follow-up, and you hold yourself to a high bar on experience and execution
  • Are comfortable working across a busy, varied calendar, you can juggle multiple programs at different stages without dropping the ball on any of them
  • Build strong relationships naturally, with sales reps, agency contacts, venue partners, and anyone else you need to get things done
  • Know how to work a room and work a list, you understand that a great event starts with the right people in the room, and you're proactive about making that happen
  • Are at home in Salesforce and comfortable having pipeline conversations with sales, you understand how your work connects to revenue even if you're not running the numbers
  • Adapt well when things change, timelines slip, venues fall through, speakers cancel; you stay calm, problem-solve, and keep things moving
  • Are happy to be on the road, you see travel as part of the job, not a cost of it
  • Stay curious about new tools and approaches, including AI, and actively look for ways to work smarter

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
