We’re looking for a Director of Product Management, Infrastructure & Developer Productivity to lead the product strategy for the platforms and systems that power how Webflow builds, ships, and scales. In this role, you’ll help accelerate developer velocity, strengthen reliability, and shape the infrastructure foundation that enables AI-first engineering, enterprise readiness, and continued product innovation. Your work will directly influence how quickly our teams can move, how confidently our customers can rely on us, and how Webflow earns trust at scale.

About the role:

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
  • Full-time
  • Permanent

    • This posting is for a new position
  • Reporting to the VP of Product

As Director of Product, Infrastructure & Developer Productivity, you’ll:

  • Lead product strategy across Infrastructure, Reliability, and Developer Productivity, shaping the platforms and systems that help Webflow engineers build, test, deploy, observe, and operate software safely, efficiently, and at scale.
  • Partner deeply with engineering leadership to set technical roadmaps, align priorities, and make build-versus-buy decisions that improve developer velocity, reliability, and platform leverage.
  • Help Webflow become an AI-first engineering organization by advancing the tooling, workflows, infrastructure, and engineering harnesses that enable developers and AI-powered systems to build and improve software.
  • Build a strategy that connects internal engineering infrastructure with customer-facing infrastructure, including cloud capabilities, data residency, custom hosting, and the systems that support enterprise scale.
  • Strengthen Webflow’s reliability posture by ensuring the right metrics, processes, operating rhythms, and investments are in place to support world-class infrastructure.
  • Lead a lean, technical PM team as a player-coach, staying close to strategy, technical tradeoffs, prioritization, and execution while building strong alignment across Engineering, Security, Product, Data, and Finance.

About you:

Requirements:

  • BS / BA college degree or relevant experience

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Bring deep technical fluency, strong product judgment, and the ability to turn complex infrastructure work into clear business outcomes.
  • Have a highly technical background across distributed systems, infrastructure, developer platforms, reliability, and platform operations. Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability is a plus.
  • Can credibly partner with senior infrastructure engineering leaders, understand architectural tradeoffs, and make strong prioritization decisions
  • Are a player-coach who can lead a lean team while staying close to the details that matter, especially in a platform area that is being elevated and rebuilt.
  • Are energized by internal platform work and understand the leverage that great infrastructure, reliability, and developer tooling create for engineering teams, customers, and the business.
  • Have operated at meaningful scale and bring demonstrated fluency in agentic system design, and AI-powered developer tooling. You should already be actively working with AI-native systems, not approaching them as a new learning area.

Our Core Behaviors:

  • Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
  • Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
  • Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
  • Deliver with speed, quality, and craft. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we do so without lowering the bar.

Benefits

  • Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
  • Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
  • Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
  • Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
  • Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
  • Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
  • Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts.
  • Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.

Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
