The Associate Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst will be responsible for all day-to-day data processing and entry of employee lifecycle events (hires, separations, transfers, data and pay changes) utilizing the Workday HR System. The Associate HRIS Analyst will manage employee records, prepare and distribute reports using HRIS/Office technology, and support employees with understanding HR processes and procedures while ensuring proper authorizations and data standards are maintained. This role also participates in HR/HRIS related projects and system upgrades.
Responsibilities

Process employment-related data into Workday in a timely and accurate manner; including hires, status changes, compensation changes, transfers, conversions, promotions or assignment changes, leave information, terminations, and corrections

Partner with our Payroll and Talent Acquisition teams to seamlessness and accuracy for employee data

Extract data and reports on an ad-hoc and recurring basis, format/manipulate data in Excel, and share with appropriate audiences

Maintain employee records/files utilizing DocuSign, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro and uploading/storing files in the Workday system

Manage and audit legal data such as I-9’s and Legal Names

Perform audits of HR systems data and make necessary updates

Assist in the maintenance of training documentation which is used to train employees globally

Use a variety of technologies and software programs, such as Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Learn, interpret, and communicate multiple HR processes and procedures to the team on a global scale

Provide excellent customer service to employees

Works independently and takes initiative to identify opportunities to help the team and to identify process improvements.
Qualifications

2 -3 years’ of experience working within the Human Resources field preferred

1-2 years of experience learning and utilizing an Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) required; Workday preferred

Experience accurately entering data and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy are required

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel); Teams proficiency preferred

Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency required

Demonstrated ability to maintain objectivity and discretion with confidential information required

Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle events preferred

Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations preferred

Able to work in a global organization while balancing multiple priorities preferred
Compensation
The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below. The actual salary may vary based on several factors such as business requirements, job responsibilities, skills, experience, and geographical location.
Salary Range
$55,000 - $69,000 USD
