About the Role

The Senior Digital Strategist - Content & Channel Strategy supports the development and execution of content strategies, working closely with junior and senior team members to drive digital engagement and brand awareness. 

The Senior Specialist will bring a blend of creative thinking, team collaboration, and day-to-day execution for clients across Healthcare, Technology, and Consumer industries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of social media strategies that align with client goals
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver ongoing content management and influencer campaigns across social platforms 
  • Maintain strong communication with team leads and teammates throughout project duration 
  • Manage day-to-day client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards 
  • Develop platform and campaign reports, featuring insights and key learnings from project 
  • Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms, bringing proactive ideas to team for client strategies 
  • Mentor and guide teammates, fostering a collaborative environment 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media and digital content strategy
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including emerging platforms. 
  • Excellent communication, data storytelling, and comfort with client communications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects 
  • Experience with digital measurement and content scheduling tools 
  • Demonstrate proactive engagement and teamwork

 

Compensation

The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below. The actual salary may vary based on several factors such as business requirements, job responsibilities, skills, experience, and geographical location.

Salary Range

$81,000 - $105,000 USD
