Senior Account Executive, Health Comms

New York City, New York

About Us

At We., we've spent decades at the intersection of technology and humanity, bridging the gap between what businesses create and how people experience those creations. We've learned that beneath even the most unruly situations — whether it's a global crisis, an emerging technology, or a sweeping organizational change—lies a simple human need. That need could be for trust, connection, safety, or a sense of purpose. But it’s always there. And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.

For this role, the team is only considering candidates based in New York City, NY; North Carolina; Florida; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; New York State; or Washington, DC.

As the agency has grown, we’ve broadened our expertise across industries, including healthcare.  Today, the intricacies of healthcare are staggering — complicated science and drug development; misinformation or lack thereof; regulations, cost and access. But at its core, it’s simple: Healthcare is human care. We. brings progressive approaches to a historically prescriptive industry in order to translate complexity into connection.  We. works to make the uninformed, informed and the misunderstood, understood.

About the Role

Would you like to be on the forefront of what’s next in health and, helping clients communicate their advancements in science, technology and more in bold, unconventional ways?

Our team sits at the intersection of profound change in healthcare. Big data, personalized care, digital medicine - it’s all a tidal wave of implications and opportunity. Even better, the new world of healthcare puts patients at the center.

We. Global Health provides a breadth of communications services to clients across sectors including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, MedTech, healthcare IT, consumer health and wellness and more. We develop innovative programs that reach and influence physicians, advocates, patients, regulators, policy makers, payors and the consumers at the center of it all.

Come join us at a different kind of healthcare practice.  We.’s Health Sector was formed by leaders in the industry who got tired of the old way.  Our approach is why we're recognized as “Outstanding Agency Practice” at the 2025 U.S. PRWeek Healthcare Awards and why our team cranks out award-winning work.
