
Inventory Management Specialist - Pharmacy

We are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.
The Basics
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–5:15PM
Compensation: $22.00/hour
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible for incoming materials processing and inventory management. Devises policies and procedures in the areas of inventory control.
- Manages cycle counting of physical materials and ensures accuracy of stock levels.
- Maintains material data in ERP system and manages receipt of inventory through software transactions.
- Reconciles potential inventory losses, investigates shortages and discrepancies, and perform KPI indicator assessments.
- Processes rejected materials, and records information, as needed.
- Responsible for stock issuance and returns for production activities.
- Performs light to medium material handling functions within the department, moving product and components within the department as required.
- Works in other functions within the department, as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- California Pharmacy Technician License, in good standing preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Detail and accuracy oriented.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including prior experience in data management and shipping software.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of processing materials in an ERP system.
- DOT HazMat training desired.

Pay Range
$22 - $22 USD
