Wedgewood Pharmacy is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Account Based Marketing (ABM) to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs targeting the company's most important Channel Partners and Corporate Accounts. Reporting to the VP, Marketing, this role is a critical bridge between the key account strategies developed by the Key Account Management team and the marketing activations that drive measurable growth within those customers. The Director, ABM will bring a deep understanding of B2B marketing, account-based strategy, and commercial partnership to ensure Wedgewood's marketing investments directly support growth across channel and enterprise customers.

The Basics

Location: Must be able to commute to our Swedesboro, NJ office and travel to key account partner locations as business needs require.
Job Type: Full Time, permanent 
Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Compensation: The target base pay range for this position is $130K-$160K base plus an annual bonus commensurate with the individual's experience and qualifications.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Strategy & Growth Leadership

  • Own and execute an integrated account-based marketing strategy aligned to Wedgewood's key account growth priorities.
  • Design and operationalize marketing programs that support both Channel Partner and Corporate Account segments.
  • Translate key account plans developed by Key Account Managers into targeted marketing activations that drive measurable growth within those customers.
  • Balance near-term revenue impact with long-term brand and customer equity within each account

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Build and execute full funnel marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs of Channel Partners and Corporate Accounts.
  • Leverage multiple channels including email, digital advertising, direct mail, webinars, and events.
  • Develop account-specific messaging frameworks that reflect each partner's business model, customer base, and buying journey.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with applicable regulatory requirements in the animal health and compounding pharmacy environment.

Key Account Partnership & Customer Engagement

  • Partner closely with Key Account Managers to understand account strategies, priorities, and opportunities, translating these into executable marketing plans.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for select Channel Partner and Corporate Account stakeholders, participating in joint business planning and occasional customer-facing meetings as needed.
  • Build strong working relationships with partner marketing, digital experience and B2B marketing teams to align co-marketing opportunities, promotional calendars, and go-to-market initiatives.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Partnership

  • Collaborate with sales leadership, corporate account leadership, and inside sales to deliver account-specific tools, messaging, and campaign materials that are practical and immediately executable.
  • Develop account-level playbooks, presentations, and ABM programs that drives revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to sales and commercial leadership.

Financial & Commercial Acumen

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of Wedgewood’s revenue models, and EBITDA impact, translating marketing investments into financial outcomes
  • Establish and maintain clear measurement frameworks to evaluate ABM campaign performance against account-level KPIs including new script growth, prescription management, refill rates, and revenue impact.
  • Provide regular reporting to the VP, Marketing and Commercial Leadership on program performance, insights, and recommendations.

Content & Market Intelligence

  • Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to map existing assets to account needs and identify content gaps.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market conditions within key account segments and provide actionable intelligence to Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wedgewood's product portfolio, regulatory environment, and compounding capabilities to ensure accurate and compliant messaging.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent related work experience required; MBA preferred. 
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with a demonstrated focus on account-based marketing
  • Proven ability to translate account-level business strategies into integrated marketing campaigns and activations
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles, best practices, and technology platforms
  • Experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns including email, paid media, webinars, and events
  • Proficiency with Marketing Automation and CRM technologies
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and key account teams to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of building measurement frameworks and reporting on marketing-attributed pipeline and revenue
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple account programs simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and, occasionally, external partner teams
  • Experience operating in a regulated industry (pharma, animal health, healthcare, or similar) preferred
