Associate Director, Revenue Operations (Onsite - 5 days per week)
Overview:
The associate director, revenue operations will build and oversee the revenue strategy capabilities and functions. This strategic role owns short-term revenue plans and roadmap as well as collaborate with leadership on longer-term strategic revenue initiatives. In addition, this role will build and operate revenue organizations, with particular focus on strategic and financial acumen in a fast paced environment to reliably deliver strategic and operational goals.
The impact you'll make:
- Own and drive key revenue initiatives to achieve short and long term sales operations and revenue goals (e.g., pricing infrastructure, new market strategy, new product launch and monetization)
- Own Salesforce, sales tools, AI platforms, and workflow automation to improve data quality, streamline operations, and scale the business
- Lead the B2B Client Support and B2C Consumer Support teams, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Deliver reporting, forecasting, KPIs, and actionable insights that drive revenue growth, accountability, and decision-making
- Work with Revenue, Engineering, Marketing and other team leads to develop and execute programs that drive revenue growth and achieve team KPIs
- Directly manage a team of strategists / analysts supporting revenue organization (including existing pricing and sales desk teams) with financial and strategic needs
- Sales process optimization: Evaluate the end-to-end sales process and identify areas for improvement. Streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement best practices to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Leadership and team management: Build and lead a high-performing sales operations team, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure team members are motivated and engaged.
- Hire, manage, evaluate performance and mentor a team in a highly collaborative environment.
- Build strong teams while also being able to deliver and work through others across the enterprise.
What you've accomplished:
- BA/BS Degree
- 5+ years of combined work experience in revenue strategy and / or operational roles
- 4+ years experience managing or leading teams, with experience managing multiple workflows simultaneously
- Experience building and operating sales operations departments, with particular focus on strategic and financial acumen
- Proven track record successfully operating in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Solid history of reliably delivering against strategic and operational goals.
- Strong financial acumen, including frameworks for building out revenue forecasts and plans
- Cross-functional team leadership, influence, management, and alignment experience
- Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

The base pay range for this position is $163,500 - $200,00 per year, and a competitive bonus
