This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA
Responsibilities
WMS Data Management & Analysis
- Perform enterprise-level WMS data entry and escalation management.
- Extract and analyze warehouse metrics from Tableau & Grafana, focusing on efficiency. errors, and receiving processes.
- Diagnose root causes of metric deviations using WMS logs (Inventory, Operations. Cycle Count, OOS).
- Develop and track corrective action plans, providing training to Operations on improvements.
Data Validation & Issue Resolution
- Resolve data validity and report accuracy issues; implement preventive measures.
- Conduct trend analysis on operational performance. identifying impacts of new processes.
- Perform OOS and Inventory Discrepancy analyses. integrating data from WMS. ERP, and dashboards.
- Generate data-driven improvement plans.
Process Optimization & SOP Development
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects. ensuring successful implementation.
- Update and maintain SOPs for WMS, Tableau, and Grafana. delivering necessary training.
Workstream & System Function Management
- Translate busines objectives into actionable tasks; manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Implement and troubleshoot new system functions: provide detailed training and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Equipment Design & Implementation
- Design and source equipment to enhance operational performance.
- Oversee vendor selection. equipment testing, and deployment in operational warehouses.
Operations Troubleshooting
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for safety. environmental. quality, and production issues. recommending solutions.
Industry Research & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Research and challenge industry standards to optimize solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance operational efficiencies at minimal cost.
Qualifications
Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in systems Engineering or relevant or relevant with Candidate must have completed below coursework:
- IPD 509 Need Finding
- ESE 503 Sim Modeling & Analysis
- ESE 544 Project Management
- ESE 545 Data Mining
- CIT 590 Program Language and Techniques
- EAS 545 Engineer Entrepreneurship

Compensation Range
- The US base salary for this full-time position is $90,251
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
