This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA
About the Role
As a Corporate IT Service Desk, you will provide support for IT operations and undertake routine help desk responsibilities. These include employee onboarding and offboarding, application support and provisioning, administration of security surveillance, building access control, and alarm systems. This also includes the maintenance of audio-video systems, conference room technologies, printers, desktop computers, laptop computers, and additional IT inventory. The preferred applicant should demonstrate foundational knowledge in computer science or information technology, coupled with exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily IT Service Desk and support for corporate IT operations.
- Manage the lifecycle of endpoint computers, including deployment, administration, maintenance, and support of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain and enhance IT asset management systems, track inventory, plan for allocation, and lifecycle forecast.
- Provision, troubleshoot, and support user accounts for corporate applications, including Microsoft Office, EntraID, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and the Weee ERP system.
- Work with the international engineering teams to train, document, and troubleshoot provisioning roles and positions in the Weee ERP system.
- Drive employee onboarding, offboarding, and training from an IT perspective.
- Support in developing and implementing the Service Desk standard operational procedures and playbooks.
- Report and analyze CSAT scores to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure optimal operational status of all IT equipment, including Zoom Rooms, TVs, and conference room systems.
- Manage Audio Video Systems for all-hands and other company events.
- Manage user card access control within the building security system.
- Deploy, configure, and support printers and scanners.
- Undertake additional projects or tasks as assigned by the IT Manager. (e.g., system upgrades, process improvements)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related functions.
- Good computer troubleshooting skills with Windows and macOS.
- Possesses strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and soft skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $82,500
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
