This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, NJ
About the Role
As a Field Process Engineer I at Weee, you will drive initiatives to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and deliver world-class customer experiences. This role requires strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to execute scalable solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead small scale cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and process improvement.
- Define project goals, establish timelines, and deliver results within scope, and deadlines.
- Partner with Core PE to identify and track the operational metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and PE teams to implement solutions that improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and address basic root causes in current processes, create corrective action plans to achieve operational goals and ensure alignment with operational standards.
- Help implement solutions and provide training to address operational challenges.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for system and process improvement.
- Collaborate with the Core PE team and the operation team to develop and maintain the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Proactively mitigate safety risks within the production process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in program or project management within operations, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000 - $74,000
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
