This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, NJ
About the Role
As a Field Process Engineer II at Weee, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize operational processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver world-class customer experiences. Building on foundational expertise, this role demands advanced analytical capabilities, independent project ownership, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions in a rapidly evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium-complexity cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and process improvement.
- Partner with Central PE to identify and track operational metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and PE teams to implement solutions that improve workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and address more complex root causes in current processes, create corrective action plans to achieve operational goals and ensure alignment with operational standards.
- Help implement solutions and provide training to address operational challenges.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for system and process improvement.
- Collaborate with the Central PE team to develop and maintain the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Support Central PE team on system updates and Warehouse Management System new feature launches
- Proactively mitigate safety risks within the production process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct Gamba Walk and SOP audit, drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste/cost, increase efficiency and improve quality
- Act as a mentor to provide guidance, training, and technical support to junior PEs
- Support warehouse daily operations as needed including 5S maintenance, equipment forecasting and management
- Business Travel (up to 30%)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience working as a continuous improvement engineer
- 3+ years of experience in Warehousing Operations, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Fulfillment, Automation with a proven track record of leading multi-phase projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools, e.g. Advanced Excel. SQL and Tableau are preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills including the ability to articulate strategic recommendations to senior leaders and influence decision-making.
- Experience in risk management, managing budgets, labor planning or resource allocation in a project
- Ability to work under extreme temperatures(0~30 degrees) in Freezer/Cooler environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in scaling operations within high-growth or tech-driven environments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and WMS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in ambiguous scenarios.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Lean Management are highly desirable.
- Bilingual candidate preferred, Chinese or Spanish

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $90,000
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
