Porter / Groundskeeper

Weinstein Properties is hiring a Groundskeeper / Porter to help maintain the appearance of our beautiful apartment community at Bexley Donelson in Nashville, TN.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and enjoys staying busy throughout the day.

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive $18 per hour + Quarterly Bonuses

Bonus*: Currently eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (*Our recruiters can tell you more!)

Schedule:  Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Porter / Groundskeeper, you will help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community. Your work plays an important role in creating a place residents are proud to call home.

Daily responsibilities may include:

• Picking up trash and debris throughout the property
• Maintaining pet waste stations and outdoor areas
• Cleaning breezeways, sidewalks, and common spaces
• Assisting with apartment trash-outs when needed
• Supporting the maintenance team with general tasks
• Light painting or housekeeping duties as needed
• Operating equipment such as backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts

Important Things to Know

This is a physically active, hands-on position that includes outdoor work.

• Tasks include trash pickup, cleaning pet waste stations, and apartment trash-outs
• Some responsibilities may involve dirty or repetitive work
• Work is performed outdoors year-round in various weather conditions
• The position requires frequent walking, bending, lifting (up to 50+ lbs), and operating equipment such as blowers and power washers
