Weiss Asset Management (WAM) invites applications for our Underclassmen Fellowship in Boston. The fellowship is a two-day intensive program designed for underclassmen interested in a career in finance. It offers a blend of immersive experiences, skill development, and practical applications, giving participants a firsthand look into the life of an investment analyst. The fellowship will take place in January 2025 (exact dates TBA). High-performing fellows may be considered for future internship opportunities.

Highlights of a WAM Fellowship

• Our goal is to be the best option among hedge funds for ambitious and talented students looking to begin an investment career. We view this fellowship as a gateway to future internships and full-time roles. We're looking for individuals who can contribute to our long-term success, and we are committed to helping them grow.
• During the fellowship, participants will engage in interactive sessions with analysts and senior management, enhancing their understanding of the industry.
• Each fellow will work closely with seasoned professionals who are readily available to provide guidance, support, and real-time feedback.
• Fellows will participate in an intensive training program, gaining a solid foundation in key areas like financial markets, risk assessment, and investment analysis.
• Throughout the program, we host a variety of events, both professional and social, to help you connect with our team and get to know the firm's operations on a personal level.
