Technical Recruiter
Weiss Asset Management (WAM), a Boston-based investment firm, is seeking a highly intelligent and self-motivated Technical Recruiter to join our People Operations team. This individual will play a key role in hiring top-tier talent for technical positions during a period of rapid growth, supporting all aspects of the hiring process. A successful candidate will have strong organization, communication, and critical thinking skills and should thrive in a fast-paced environment.
1-5 years of technical recruiting experience is required.
Responsibilities:

Own lateral hiring for technical roles, managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer management.

Collaborate with hiring teams and other stakeholders to assess staffing needs, advise on hiring strategies, and provide critical feedback to improve recruiting outcomes.

Design and implement structured hiring processes, including sourcing strategies, interview plans, and role specifications.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience by keeping candidates engaged and moving efficiently through the process.

Source and recruit technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound strategies.

Build and manage relationships with external recruiters, identifying strong partners to supplement direct sourcing efforts.
