Content Creator

The Content Creator is a unique integral part of the marketing team, engaging with external and internal stakeholders while creating engaging visual content that builds brand awareness. This role is responsible for compelling visual storytelling across social and digital platforms. This includes handling all phases of pre-production and post-production to create engaging video, photo, and audio content that aligns with our brand voice and connects with our audience. The ideal candidate expands our social media reach and combines creativity and technical expertise to ensure our platforms reflect the heart of our work and foster community engagement. Collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to promote WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media calendar designed to grow WelbeHealth’s audience, boost engagement, and enhance brand visibility
- Craft engaging content for various social platforms, blogs, and print/digital channels
- This includes static assets, short form and long form videos, photography, copy, and animations
- Independently conceptualize, produce, film, and edit video and photo content for use in social media, e-mail marketing, participant testimonials, recruiting, interviews, events, employee profiles, and other content as needed
- Coordinate design requests between internal stakeholders and the design team and develop layouts that align with brand standards
- Oversee and manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), engaging with comments, messages, and mentions to nurture and active community
- Define, implement, and manage the in-house photography workflow with all stakeholders to ensure all photo and video assets are properly archived in a timely manner
- Manage current and identify future content creation collaborators, freelancers, and external partners to produce bold, impactful content to support Marketing content needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, relevant professional experience may be substituted
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in video production, content marketing, social media creation and management, communications, and/or brand marketing in a B2C company. Healthcare marketing a plus
- Proficient in video/photo production (including interviewing, filming and editing), content management systems, and relevant tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva, with a strong understanding of design principles and layouts
- Extensive understanding of best practices, technical requirements and specs in developing video content for social and digital channels
- Ability to independently conceptualize, capture, and edit video, photo, and audio content with speed, quality and efficiency that is ready for publication
- Portfolio of creative content built for social media and other channels with proven results and ability to showcase your skillset
- A creative, and empathetic storyteller with a passion for uncovering and capturing inspired brand stories via video, photo and print

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $70,000 - $82,000 / year + Bonus + Equity
