Senior Care Advisor - Broker & Community Support Tier1

The Senior Care Advisor – Broker & Community Support Tier plays a key role in helping seniors and their families understand, qualify for, and enroll in the PACE program. This role combines broker support in targeted markets with direct participant engagement through calls and follow-up, ensuring a seamless and supportive enrollment experience.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with brokers and community outreach associates in specific markets, providing education, resources, and enrollment support to ensure seniors and their families understand the benefits of PACE.
- Guide new agents through the contracting and onboarding process, offering training and support to ensure they are well-prepared to represent WelbeHealth PACE.
- Support brokers with ongoing training, ensuring they remain confident and knowledgeable about PACE eligibility, benefits, and enrollment processes.
- Answer inbound and follow-up calls with patience, empathy, and professionalism—building trust with potential participants, caregivers, and community partners.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective participants who have expressed interest in WelbeHealth PACE (no cold calling).
- Support brokers and families by answering enrollment-related questions, clarifying next steps, and assisting with Medi-Cal application needs when applicable.
- Collaborate closely with market leaders and the clinical team to move prospective participants through the enrollment journey.
- Ensure all leads are effectively managed, with timely follow-up and detailed documentation in Salesforce.
- Represent WelbeHealth’s mission by educating seniors, families, and partners about how PACE services help older adults thrive safely at home and in their communities.
Who You Are
- You are passionate about serving seniors and helping families navigate complex healthcare decisions.
- You thrive in both relationship-building and structured follow-up work, balancing time between supporting brokers in the community and managing calls with prospective participants.
- You embody empathy, patience, and a heart for service in every interaction.
- You are detail-oriented and comfortable using technology (Salesforce or similar CRM systems).
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree preferred; or two (2) years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in tele sales, customer services sales, Medicare or PACE sales experience preferred
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or other similar CRM system)
- Medicare Advantage or PACE experience preferred
- Medi-Cal knowledge preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $26.89 - $35.50 hourly + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
