Regional Manager, Hub Operations
***This is a role that will require travel up to 1-2x a week in the designated Welbe Markets the Regional Manager will oversee.

The Regional Manager, Hub Operations oversees a team of Welbe Advocates that are accountable for our PACE participants’ coordination of care with our external network of contracted specialists and facilities. This includes operating functions such as order processing and external scheduling, notifying participants, and coordinating with transportation. Besides supporting their direct team, the Regional Manager, Hub Operations builds collaborative, cross-functional partnerships with operations, clinical leaders, and the network team within their region.
Essential Job Duties:
Team Management
- Hire, onboard, and train Welbe Advocates, as well as oversee performance of direct reports including regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, team meetings, and ongoing coaching as required
- Monitor and manage daily operations to meet expected performance targets and goals for assigned functions
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes including conducting root-cause analysis, driving changes, and monitoring adherence to new processes
- Provide team support by resolving urgent escalations and issues with a high-level of efficacy, as well as ensure that direct reports understand all corporate compliance requirements, department objectives, performance standards, and policies
Market and Network Partnership
- Build strong partnerships with internal operations, clinical, and network leaders within a respective region, as well as serve as the point of contact for a respective region on scheduling process questions, participant escalations, and quality concerns
- Facilitate regular meetings with partners to identify and develop creative ways to improve network access for participants, ensure care needed by participants is met timely and effectively, and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Attend virtual and in-person meetings with our network of contracted specialists and facilities, leveraging feedback to drive effective and efficient scheduling operations
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Required to live within assigned region, along with the ability to travel to centers and network providers within the region up to two (2) days per week
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in healthcare required
- Minimum of two (2) years of management experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members required
- Practice management experience in a primary care clinic or specialist office preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $109,240 - $144,197 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
