Our value-based PACE program allows our PCPs to provide truly comprehensive, holistic care, so they can focus on what really matters: their patients.

Competitive compensation of $165,000 - $203,000 with quarterly bonus

On the day-to-day, you will:

· Assist in the recruitment, training, precepting, and onboarding of new PCPs and preceptors

· Act as the subject matter expert on primary care workflows

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency

· Collaborate with other leaders to create and update PCP trainings

· Conduct a weekly review of KPIs, as well as support PCPs in managing and understanding their KPIs

· Oversee clinical pods in conjunction with the Medical Director/Associate Medical Director to make clinical decisions

· Assist with preparing for and participating in center audits and inspections

Job requirements include:

· Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Physician Assistant program

· Active and unrestricted CA state license or Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Prescriptive Authority

· Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration

· Must be currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment to provide services to Medicare and Medi-Cal participants
