The Senior Director, Outreach and Enrolment (O&E) - Training and Launch leads the training, development, and market launch onboarding of all O&E team members, including independent outreach associates. This role designs, implements, and evaluates training programs for new and existing teams, and builds scalable programs to support growth across new markets. The Senior Director, O&E – Training and Launch partners with O&E leadership to deliver content and drive continuous improvement.

On the day-to-day, you will:
- Support new market launches and leadership transitions by codifying best practices into launch playbooks, onboarding and mentoring O&E Directors, and serving in interim leadership roles as needed
- Lead and standardize O&E learning programs across internal teams, independent outreach associates, and external brokers to ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery
- Design and execute training and development initiatives for both new hires and existing teams, including implementation planning, logistics, and in-person delivery across markets
- Measure training effectiveness and enrollment outcomes using KPIs to identify gaps, drive retraining, and guide continuous improvement
- Build hands-on coaching and development programs to support individual and team performance, ensuring membership growth and quality metric achievement
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid, PACE sales, or training
- Proven success in coaching O&E teams
- Experience developing and delivering training content for sales teams
- Strong leadership experience in a metrics-driven environment, with experience in call center metrics
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
- Ability to process accurate information in a timely manner
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families, and interdisciplinary team members

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $168,895 - $232,231 / year + Bonus. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
