Assignment: People Analytics & AI

WelbeHealth PACE helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community-based services. We believe in going the extra mile and aim to make a genuine difference in our participants’ lives.

At Welbe, we’re building the People team of the future — one that blends human insight, intelligent technology, and data-driven strategy to transform how we work and how our people thrive. The Sr. People Specialist, People Analytics & AI will be at the center of this transformation, shaping how AI and advanced analytics redefine the impact of the People function.

In close partnership with senior People leaders and IT, this role will lead Welbe’s People Analytics roadmap, oversee data infrastructure and analytics delivery, and ensure we’re anticipating what’s next in the world of work.

This role is different because the People Senior Specialist at WelbeHealth:

  • Sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and human impact — this role doesn’t just report on People data; it shapes how AI and analytics transform workforce strategy, directly influencing executive decision-making and the future of work at WelbeHealth.
  • Builds from the ground up in a high-impact, mission-driven environment — you’ll design and scale People Analytics and AI capabilities in a growing PACE organization, where your work directly improves how we support the teams caring for our most vulnerable seniors.

Essential Job Duties:

People Analytics Leadership & IT Partnership

  • Own the People Analytics roadmap and delivery, expanding beyond foundational reporting to introduce predictive, automated, and strategic insights
  • Serve as the primary liaison between People and IT’s analytics team, with dotted-line management of IT’s full-time People Analytics resource — ensuring alignment, prioritization, and timely execution of work; Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics that accelerate data fluency and support leadership decisions on hiring, retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

AI Strategy & Enablement

  • Lead execution of the People AI strategy — defining what “AI for People” means for Welbe and identifying opportunities that drive measurable impact
  • Manage discovery and implementation of AI tools and frameworks to support talent, team member experience, and organizational decision-making
  • Guide ethical and responsible AI integration across People initiatives, establishing principles around fairness, transparency, and data security; Translate strategic AI priorities from leadership conversations (CPO & CEO) into practical, scalable solutions and pilots within the People organization

Digital Mindset & Future Focused Leadership

  • Champion a digital-first mindset across the People team, embedding technology, analytics, and experimentation into everyday decision-making; Proactively identifying opportunities for digitization and automation within HR processes to enhance scalability and personalization
  • Influence senior leaders on how data and AI can evolve our people team strategies, champion of supervisor adoption of AI and technology for people related tasks; Mentor and build analytics literacy across the People function, enabling teams to think differently about insights and action

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, HR, Business Analytics, Psychology, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Minimum of six or more (6+) years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, or a related discipline; Minimum of two (2+) years in a leadership or project management capacity.
  • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with technical teams, particularly IT, to deliver complex analytics and data solutions.
  • Strong analytics and storytelling capabilities – able to translate data into compelling insights and strategic decisions
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Benefits of Working at WelbeHealth: Apply your expertise in new ways as we rapidly expand. You will have the opportunity to design the way we work in the context of an encouraging and loving environment where every person feels uniquely cared for.

  • Standard business working hours
  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, beginning day one
  • Work/life balance - we mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days
  • And additional benefits

We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking People Analytics leader who is passionate about leveraging data and AI to elevate the People function. This individual is both a builder and a translator — someone who can connect technical capabilities with human-centered outcomes, influence senior stakeholders, and bring curiosity, innovation, and a strong sense of ownership to shaping the future of work at WelbeHealth.

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
