The Senior Facilities Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for WelbeHealth’s facilities portfolio, including new site development, ongoing facility operations, maintenance, vendor performance, equipment and supplies, occupancy services, and financial oversight. This role builds the infrastructure, standards, systems, and team capabilities needed to scale the facilities function as the organization grows. The Senior Facilities Manager creates, owns, and drives consistent enterprise processes, identifies and delivers continuous improvement opportunities, establishes performance measures and governance, and translates business needs into sustainable, repeatable solutions.

This role is different because the Senior Facilities Manager WelbeHealth:

  • Owns the strategy and execution of facilities operations across a growing, multi-state portfolio, building scalable systems, standardized processes, and vendor partnerships that support new market launches and ongoing operational excellence
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement by partnering with market leaders and internal stakeholders to optimize facility performance, manage costs, mitigate operational risks, and deliver safe, reliable, and compliant environments that support our participants and team members

We care about our team members. That’s why we offer:

  • Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)
  • Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days
  • 401K savings + match
  • Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus
  • And additional benefits!

On the day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead the facilities function’s operating strategy and translate organizational growth plans into scalable staffing, systems, service-delivery, vendor, and capital requirements, as well as create, own, implement, and continuously improve enterprise facilities policies, standard operating procedures, service level agreements, workflows, controls, and escalation paths
  • Build repeatable and scalable processes that support new market launches, site transitions, and the ongoing operation of a growing multi-state portfolio
  • Own assigned vendor portfolios including but not limited to janitorial, preventative maintenance, linens, hazardous waste disposal, and others as assigned, including ongoing vendor relationship management, creation of service level agreements to meet evolving operational needs, collecting and incorporating feedback from internal WelbeHealth operations leaders, and contract review
  • Own the facilities service request platform and related technology roadmap, including intake, prioritization, assignment, escalation, closure, reporting, and user adoption
  • Use operational data, stakeholder feedback, root-cause analysis, and external best practices to identify improvement opportunities and lead changes that increase quality, speed, consistency, cost effectiveness, and customer experience
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, service-level expectations, dashboards, and business reviews, communicating risks, trends, decisions, and corrective actions to senior leadership
  • Direct facilities support for multiple market launches, including readiness planning, supply and equipment deployment, vendor activation, training coordination, clinic and kitchen setup, leadership updates, and operational handoff

Job requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, business administration, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered
  • Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, FMP, LEED, or related credential preferred
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in facilities, property, construction, or multi-site operations, including at least three years leading teams, programs, or complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling a facilities function, service-delivery model, or operating infrastructure in a high-growth organization
  • Proven ability to create, document, implement, and sustain enterprise processes, standards, controls, and governance across multiple locations
  • Experience leading end-to-end process improvement using structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, change management, and measurable outcome tracking
  • Experience overseeing maintenance, repairs, renovations, new site readiness, vendor services, facilities technology, and operational handoffs across a multi-site portfolio
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance management, business-case development, and identification of cost-saving and cost avoidance opportunities
  • Strong vendor and contract management capabilities, including sourcing support, service-level management, performance reviews, issue escalation, and relationship governance

We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and collaborative Senior Facilities Manager who is passionate about operational excellence, process improvement, and building scalable facilities infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, project management, financial, and vendor management skills, with the ability to oversee multi-site operations, lead new market readiness, manage competing priorities, and drive consistent, cost-effective results. If you thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization and are energized by building efficient systems, developing high-performing teams, and creating safe, reliable environments, we’d love to hear from you!
