Client Success Internship

Position: Client Success Intern
Reporting To: Director, Client Success
Dates: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025, with the expectation that this role will work 40 hrs per week over the summer
Location: Chapel Hill, NC
Compensation: $20 per hour
Position Summary:
As a Client Success Intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital health startup environment. You will be closely mentored by the Client Success team and will be involved in meaningful projects that directly impact the company's operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Client Success team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful project implementations
- Assist in managing client relationships, including routine follow-ups and report preparation
- Analyze platform engagement data to support client facing recommendations to drive member and business impact
- Update internal client materials to ensure alignment across teams
- Assist in developing and producing a Client Success Newsletter
- Conduct a detailed competitor analysis with a focus on their customer success strategies to provide insights and recommendations for our team
- Participate in the creation of a Client Success Playbook and update training materials
- Support the optimization of our CRM system and contribute to the development of a performance metrics dashboard
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements in our products/services
Preferred Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, such as Business, Marketing, or Health Information Management
- Research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Passionate about customer success and delivering a great customer experience
