Position: Client Operations Intern 

Reporting To: Client Operations Manger

Dates: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025, with the expectation that this role will work 40 hrs per week over the summer

Location: Chapel Hill, NC

Compensation: $20 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Client Operations team. As an intern, you will work closely with our project managers, engagement managers, and implementation managers to help improve our client experience. You will be responsible for creating client-facing deliverables such as collateral about the implementation process, templated requirements documents, and other client-facing deliverables. You will also help organize and update client playbooks for multiple clients, document any tribal knowledge from our existing team and make any existing materials that much better!

This is an exciting opportunity to help a growing team and company produce and operationalize the materials you will create. If you are a creative self-starter and can work collaboratively with others, we encourage you to apply for this internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Client Technical Operations team to create client-facing deliverables
  • Produce collateral about the implementation process, template requirements documents, and other client-facing templates
  • Help stand up repeatable playbooks for clients
  • Document tribal knowledge from our existing team
  • Take direction from the existing Client Technical Operations team
  • Showcase your work at the end of the summer internship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Client-minded with high attention to detail (note - this role is not client facing)
  • Creative in the solutions they produce
  • Ability to work with toolsets such as Canva, Adobe, or similar 
  • Quick thinker who can understand our product rapidly enough to turn around defined deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field
