Position Title: Project Manager
Reporting To: Engagement Manager, Client Operations
Location: Chapel Hill, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Boston, MA (Newton Office); New York, NY
Compensation Information: Project Manager (65,000-$75,000) depending on qualifications, plus bonus potential and benefits.
Position Summary:
We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Client Operations team at Well. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of projects supporting enterprise clients and providing support as needed to ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated proficiency in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize strong project management skills to oversee client task management , ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project plan(s) and related project documentation, update task statuses, prepare status reports and meeting minutes. Organize meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Data Management: Maintain and update project files and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Execute other departmental projects and tasks as assigned
- Proactively identify and escalate risks to Engagement Manager and work collaboratively with internal teams, as needed, to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to client activities and ongoing success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in roles related to client implementation, project management, or operations.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Proficiency in MS Project desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google suite of office products preferred.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize client needs, ensuring a positive and value-driven experience.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving work environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
